How VerdictFox earns money and how that does (and doesn’t) affect our content.

Amazon Associates

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

VerdictFox is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

Other affiliate links

Some links on VerdictFox are affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Links that may earn us a commission are labeled “Paid link”.

Our independence

Commissions never decide our verdicts, rankings or scores. We recommend products we believe are right for the reader, and we tell you who should skip them, even when that means we earn less.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability shown or linked from VerdictFox are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon.com at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of the product.

FTC disclosure

In line with the Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on endorsements, we disclose affiliate relationships on every page that contains affiliate links.

Affiliate disclosure: how VerdictFox earns money on Amazon

VerdictFox is a participant in the Amazon Associates program, an affiliate advertising program that lets sites earn commissions by linking to Amazon.com. When you buy through our links we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This disclosure explains how that works and why it never changes our verdicts.

Here is how it works in practice. Product links on VerdictFox point to Amazon.com. If you click one and make a qualifying purchase, Amazon pays us a percentage of the sale. You pay the same price you would pay going to Amazon.com directly, and we never see your payment details, address or order history.

Commissions keep the site free to read and fund the research behind every review, best list, comparison and buying guide. We do not charge readers, run sponsored reviews or accept payment from brands for coverage, placement or a better verdict. Brands do not see our content before it goes live.

Our verdicts are made independently of how much a product might earn. That is why VerdictFox regularly gives Skip verdicts to popular, high-priced products, including the Samsung The Frame TV and the Xbox Series X, even though steering readers toward them would be easier. A Skip earns nothing when readers follow our advice and buy something else, and we publish it anyway.

Prices on VerdictFox are typical US ranges rather than live prices. Amazon.com prices, availability and deals change frequently, so the price you see at checkout is the one that applies. Product returns, refunds and order issues are handled by Amazon.com or the seller, not by VerdictFox.

If you have questions about this disclosure or how we work, our editorial policy and review methodology pages go into more detail, and you can reach us through the contact page. Thank you for supporting independent product research.

Our top-rated choice among coolers is the YETI Tundra 45 Hard Cooler, valued for bear-resistant build that holds ice for days. Shoppers comparing electric toothbrushes often start with the Oral-B iO Series 5, which typically sells for $99–$149. In water flossers, the Waterpik Aquarius Water Flosser WP-660 ($69–$99) currently leads our picks for most people.
